This article was interesting for me because I'm interested in Marvel movies and to have Thor and Hulk in the same movie other than The Avengers would be pretty cool. As a consumer I think this will definitely help the film make more money because people are going to be more intrigued because of the fact that Hulk is also starring in the film. I'm sure many people are starting to wonder when the green giant will get his own movie.

New 007 Agent?
This new upcoming film, Spectre might be the last time Daniel Craig plays Agent 007. Craig said, "I'd rather break this glass and slash my wrists," he continued, saying, " No, not at the moment. We're done. All I want to do is move on." When asked if that meant he was never playing Bond again he replied, "I haven't given it any thought. For at least a year or two, I just don't want to think about it. I don't know what the next step is. I've no idea." Spectre will be launched by Sony Pictures and MGM on October 26 in the UK. Both MGM and Sony Pictures declined to comment. However, Craig still has one more Bond film left in his contract. The actor got hurt during the film, he underwent knee surgery in April.
This article caught my attention because I have always seen the James bond films and Daniel Craig is almost like the face of the franchise and it's hard to imagine someone else as James Bond. This impacts me as a filmmaker because it seems like he will not continue to be in the films because of the injury he got while on the set, as a director you need to try your best to prevent incidents like this. A good question to ask is who will be the next James Bond.

Sony Is Dealing With Lustig and Thornton
Sony just made another pitch deal with Ben Lustig and Jake Thornton after having a one million dollar deal with the studio last year, they are currently making another deal for a new pitch. The idea is described as a "heist with elements of fantasy," but the full story isn't being revealed yet. Bryan Singer will be director and producer, while Andrew Lazar will be producer, along with Jason Taylor from Singer's Bad Hat Harry Productions. Ange Gianetti was the executive who brought the project into Sony. Mad Chance has produced many films, including American Sniper from Clint Eastwood, which has made $547.3 million at the worldwide box office. It has also the produced the comedy Get Smart, which has earned $230.6 million at the worldwide box office.
This article was interesting to me because these writers are coming off a really big deal, and getting another big deal just a year later. This impacts me as a filmmaker because it shows me how important it is to write and create stories just as it is important to be working with the camera or editing, it's where it all begins. A question this raises is how good these films are actually going to be, many people have high expectations for the films.
